How To Apply Online For UHS Lahore Jobs in 2024?
- The applicant may complete the application form found at www.uhs.edu.pk, the UHS website.
- The candidate may pay the required amount at any Bank of Punjab branch by using a bank challan that is available on the website “fms.uhs.edu.pk” (BOP).
- The applicant must enclose a copy of their bank statement with their application. The amount’s specifics are listed below:
- BPS-16 is equal to 500/-.
- BPS-17 & Above = Rs. 2000/-
- The applicant must properly fill out the application, including providing personal, educational, and experience details.
- On or before April 24, 2024, during working hours, the completed application, attested copies of the certificates and testimonials, CNIC and passport-size colored photographs, original bank challan, DD, or PO of the processing fee must be sent to the Office of Human Resource Section, University of Health Sciences, Khayaban-e-Jamia Punjab, Lahore. In-person applications will not be accepted.
- The qualified/shortlisted candidates will be notified of the interview date.
Terms & Conditions:
- Experience in a renowned public sector medical university or institution will be given preference for the administrative positions.
- On the last day to submit an application, candidates for positions at senior numbers 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, and 7 must be between the ages of 25 and 40; age relaxations will be allowed in accordance with current government policy.
- A qualification that is equal is one that is comparable at the same subject level.
- Senior #9 and #10 positions are contract-based appointments against temporary positions with the potential to become permanent positions.
- Where required, a written exam, a technical assessment test, and a performance evaluation will be held for administrative jobs at BPS-16 to BPS-18. Later on, the UHS website (www.uhs.edu.pk) will identify the candidates who were shortlisted based on their performance in the written exam, technical assessment test, and performance evaluation.
- The only people who will be invited for an interview are those who have been shortlisted or who pass the written exam, technical assessment test, or performance evaluation.
- No TA or DA will be accepted.
- The chosen applicants may be posted in either the City or Jinnah campuses of the university (KSK).
- Applications that are received after the deadline or that are incomplete in any manner will not be accepted.
- Only individuals with a Punjabi address may apply.
- The university maintains the right, at any time, to change the number of positions without prior notification.
- Candidates who are employed by public sector departments or organizations must apply through the appropriate method.
